However we find that the quality control systems including regular monitoring of standards on the job identify issues and rectify them quickly usually before you spot it as a potential problem.

Are you concerned you are paying too much for your cleaning ?

We understand that concern and that is why we have introduced a system of asking you to pay not by the hour but on basis of pay per clean.  Instead of us telling you what you need we will ask you about what usage your various rooms are getting.  For example most offices do not use their archive rooms enough to justify daily cleaning so we can reduce the number of cleans. Your toilets and canteen areas are important to reduce the risk of infection.  Your main reception area how often do you have customers coming in to see you. That is the area they will see first and where first impressions really count?  You will be fully involved in deciding the cleaning budget and how much you need to invest to get the standards you need to keep. Can we offer you free advice on how to improve cleaning performance ?

Yes we do that regularly. It starts by asking you questions about how you use your premises just like in the above question.  Recently we had discussions with a night club owner whose dance floor had some surface damage caused by lots of customers stomping their feet whilst dancing which led to the wooden floor showing advanced wear.  We agreed to strip everything back to the bare wood and completely reseal it to a higher professional standard and then apply several coats of polish to protect it properly.  We then instituted a new floor maintenance procedure which not only vastly improved it’s appearance but meant our customer would save thousands of pounds by not having to completely replace the dance floor so quickly with all the disruption that would cause.   All our Area Managers are qualified and able to assess cleaning standards and recommend ways of saving you money whilst giving you a better cleaning standard.
