Are your complaints and issues about your cleaning services not being dealt with properly?

As above you will have your own local area manager whose prime responsibility is to ensure all our customers are being looked after properly. Most cleaning companies will send in a sales rep who will promise you the earth to get their commission and then move on fast to another company. They will not have to be around to explain why you were promised something that could not be achieved in the time quoted. We will send you the area manager who will maintain contact with you after wards. The Area Manager will not promise anything that they will not be able to maintain long term so you will be able to believe what they say is what they can do they can do. To promise you anything else means they have a constant headache struggling to keep your account.

Are you concerned you are paying too much for your cleaning?

Many cleaning companies will only quote according to what they think should be done and that will be for as much work as possible. We will discuss with you what your needs are based on a three zone standard.

• Archive rooms rarely need cleaning on a daily basis so we can call that Zone Three and low priority meaning we can reduce your bill already
• Reception rooms are what your customers see first and remember first impressions count so we would in discussion with you suggest that we class that as Zone One and top priority.
• All other rooms are analyzed in the same way and working together in this way we can build our quotation to fit your budget.

Can we offer you free advice on how to improve cleaning performance ?

Yes we can certainly do that.  The above example of zoning each room means we prioritise to give you top standards where you need it most. In addition there are often times we can introduce new cleaning methods that save time and/or improve the finish. We have often treated floors by stripping away the old polish to completely professionally reseal it (with 3 coats of hard wearing materials) and then applied a high gloss non slip polish to fully protect the floor surface.  By doing this along with a weekly floor maintenance programme we were able to reduce the frequency of replacing the floor whilst drastically improving the quality of the finished shine.

If you are planning a new building let us see the plans and we can maybe suggest some improvements to surfaces that will prove easier to clean or will last longer than that suggested by your architect.  We have even seen builders plans for a new six floor building that had only one small cleaning cupboard big enough for only one vacuum cleaner making it impractical for any office cleaners to work effectively.

Without that documentation your company is potentially at risk of insurance claims and even prosecution in the event of an accident caused directly or even indirectly by something your own cleaners do.
