Coatbridge Office Cleaners are flexible enough to be able to handle a large number of different types of cleaning contracts.
Although our name suggests we only provide an office cleaning service we already have either directly or through associated sister companies vast experience in cleaning a wide range of other types of premises.

Cleaning Retail Stores
We already have contracts for high street branded retail shops selling a wide range of fashion clothing. For customer confidentiality reasons we cannot say which chain but I guarantee that you will recognise the names visible on the high street in virtually every medium to large town/city across the country.
Cleaning restaurants
You know how important it is to keep restaurants clean at all times. After all you eat in them and you want to be able to know the premises are kept clean every day, don’t you? Our use of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) colour coding and regular monitoring of quality standards everywhere ensures that our cleaning standards are kept high at all times. (By the way did see on our quality standards page that our parent company were full members of BICS and managers are all trained to the exacting standards required by them.)
Again we currently clean for three different national chains of restaurants as well as a number of smaller pubs that serve meals. So you can feel safe in the knowledge we can clean to the standards required in your eating establishment.
Pubs and Nightclubs
As with restaurants above we are required to meet high standards of cleanliness at all times but also to face additional issues through large throughput of customers. The larger amount of people coming in and out of your building means more wear and tear on your building particularly the floors which will require specialist attention from time to time. Cinemas and Theatres
As above there are high standards to be met and for example between seats there is often limited space to work in. Our senior managers have through one of our sister companies has experience in cleaning a major chain of cinemas throughout most of southern and central Scotland for us to draw upon so we know exactly what is involved when we come to discuss your cleaning requirements.
Builders Cleans
If you are developing a new building for a customer you will be aware of the need to do a major clean before snagging takes place. So are we! Your builders are not training in getting the premises spotlessly clean we are!
