Builders Cleans

The handover of any new building (or refurbishment of existing buildings) is a very important of the planned handover procedure. We know and appreciate that building firms are good at what they do but by nature builders are not the best people to clean a building to leave it in a sparkling manner!

We are good at what we do and that is cleaning buildings.

Any handover by any building contractor is never fully completely finished until the contracts manager, architect, clerk of works and any clients representatives are all satisfied that the work is all ready for acceptance.

Pre-Snagging Cleans

It is at this pre-snagging stage that it needs to start looking at its best. We have a lot of experience in cleaning at this stage. We know that we can undertake any difficult issues here in a controlled environment to give your building a great appearance and all important first impression to your clients.

Pre Handover Sparkle Clean

This is the final clean before the customer takes over the building.

It is at this point we ensure that every part of the building is sparkling clean. Sinks and taps together with any visible pipework get special attention at this stage as we ensure all sticky labels are totally removed etc.

We would also do a full polish of your vinyl or tiled floors using the latest burnishing techniques to bring out the shine and keep it looking good giving you less need to return for minor damage caused by your customer moving in.  If required we can also do a full strip of any existing floor polish and reapply layers of professional floor seal and then applying coats of commercial grade floor polish to really  bring out the shine.

In the same way we will attend to any fitted carpets and paintwork to leave them spotless.
