You know as well as we do that when you are showing new prospective tenants around the flat how important that very first impression really is. If they find the place is dirty and smelly are you going to get good tenants wanting to move in?
Contrast that with a professionally cleaned flat and see the smile on their face when you open the door. Which would you personally prefer to rent a place that is dirty skirting boards covered in grime, marks on the paint work, a sink that still shows ring marks and taps that don’t sparkle in the light or one that looked in great condition on day one?
Yes you could promise a major clean before they move in but would the prospective tenant believe that will happen? I remember from my student days how many times landlords broke promises. How do they know you can be trusted if you are showing them a place that is not in tip-top condition?
If they see the previous tenant has left behind a mess won’t they be tempted to leave it the same way? What is to stop the next one doing the same and leaving it even worse. Nowadays most tenant will have signed an agreement that the place would be left clean and tidy.
What is the solution?
Simple allow us to do a deep clean for you. Your previous tenant will probably have left a months rent as deposit to cover costs of cleaning and repairs. Invest that money in getting your flat professionally cleaned and let the new people see the standards you are looking for from day one.
What is covered in an End of Tenancy Clean:
Well to start with your property will be given a deep clean for example
- Vacuuming all carpets includes the underneath of items of furniture that can be moved
- Washing and cleaning of all hard floors
- Cleaning all kitchen surfaces and fronts
- Limescale removal in kitchens and bathrooms all tiles, taps shower units baths etc
- Cleaning the outside of kitchen appliances
- Cupboards cleaned
- Washing down all woodwork
- Dusting and polishing of furniture
- Washing of all tiled surfaces
If requested we can also do additional extras for items such as
- Professional Carpet Shampoo and Cleaning
- Oven cleaning
